PP 2512UV UV Flatbed Printer

Since the images printed by this UV flatbed printer are water-proof, anti-ultraviolet, scratch-resistant, and of high definition and bright color, this printer is widely applied to corrugated paper, foam core, PVC, ceramic tile, synthetic glass, wood, metal sheet, paper, advertising banner, mesh fabrics, adhesive vinyl, etc.
 

Leathers are obtained through some physical and chemical processing such as hair removal and tanning. As a UV flatbed printer, our leather printer utilizes oily, solvent-based ink. In printing, the ink can penetrate into the leather through its corrosive actions. Words, patterns, pictures, etc printed on leathers using the oily, solvent-based ink are waterproof, ultraviolet resistant, and scratchproof. We can provide four different types, F1 250 UV, F1 180 UV-4K, PP 3218 UV and PP 2512 UV. We adopt Konica Minolta printing heads in all these types and their common features are a printing width of 3.20 meters, a printing speed of 55sqm/hr and a printing resolution of 1440×1440dpi. The printer comes in 4 color (CMYK), 5 color (CMYK+W), 6 color (CMYK.LC.LM), and 8 color (CMYK, LC, LM, W, V). Our leather printer, which is stable in performance and consistent in quality, is CE, UL, and FCC certified.
