Agent’s agreement

You obtain the representative of your interests in China when signing the Agent’s agreement with our company. Within this contract we provide you the following services:
• the search of potential partners and suppliers in China,
• due diligence inspection of the manufacturers,
• systematized information and reports,
• making, translating the contract and other commercial documentation into/from Chinese, English,
• holding the negotiations with the suppliers and manufacturers,
• market research in certain field or product,
• samples delivery,
• quality control of goods and packing,
• inspections of manufacturers – control delivery time,
• checking the documentation,
• assistance in sampling, confirming the samples, packing,
• provide regular reports and analytical data,
• logistics questions consulting, finance planning and China laws and regulations,
• other necessary service.
The cost of these services is to be stipulated in the Agent’s agreement. Only travel expenses should be paid extra.
